It is a comfortable apartment with a large living room, dining room with fireplace, American kitchen and covered terrace open to the 300 m2 garden (shared only with the other apartment on the ground floor). A double room with a covered terrace and full bathroom in the suite, and a large room with a loft and capacity for 2 or 4 people, a large dressing room and a full equiped bathroom. Access to the community’s quiet private plaça d’armes.
They have maintained the maximum original spaces covered by a barrel vault and archs, and formed by thick stone walls that maintain an ideal environment temperature.
The property is located in the small town of Albons, 5 km from the beautiful beaches of L’Escala-Empurias in the Bay of Roses.
Places of historical interest include the next monumental archaeological ruins of Empurias (first greco-roman city in Spain).
Figueres (Teatro-Museo Gala Salvador Dalí) Natural Park Cap de Creus (Cadaqués).
Sant Pere de Rodes (Romanesque Benedictine monastery, founded in 945), and many more.
