A rocky beach, located in les Planasses (between the Port and Montgó point). Les Planasses forms part of the area of the Montgrí Natural Park , les Medes Islands and the Baix Ter. This area is renowned for the abundance of flora and a remarkable landscape of cliffs for practising climbing (deep-water soloing) and small coves.
This beach is ideal for practising diving. There is a famous sunken vessel here, the Constantin / Cotetin. It is also one of the end points of one of the Vies Braves of l’Escala for open sea swimming.
