the past thirty years many things
have happened but we have successfully
passed through an economic crisis
and brought new generations of the
family into the company.
Whilst some companies disappeared
from the market during the recession,
deserting their clients, BOSCH A.P.I.
survived. In the good times, BOSCH
A.P.I. did not look for a quick and
easy profit because the company believes
there are other things more precious
to leave to our children. During the
good and bad times, our clients became
our friends.

As we are a family business, we are
not interested in building more than
other companies, or making the most
money. We do not want to build the
highest buildings because we believe
a home should be tailored to suit
the people and that we should respect
our natural environment. The secret
of our long-established success is
our quality. Quality in attending
our clients, who are also our friends,
quality in our constructions, which
are our own designs and quality in
respecting our environment which is
our future.
